Shipping, Returns & Sacred Service

Processing Time:
All treasures are hand-poured, packed with care, and prayed over. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be fulfilled. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once it’s on its way.

Shipping Details:
We currently ship within the U.S. via USPS. Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after processing. Please ensure your address is correct before completing your order.

Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the handmade and spiritual nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue.

Shabbat Notice:
We do not process or ship orders during Sabbath hours (Friday sundown to Saturday sundown). Orders placed during this time will begin processing the following business day.

 

Refund & Returns Policy – Pristine Luxe Treasures™

We are honored that you’ve chosen a Pristine Luxe Treasure™ to bless your home or loved one. Each arrangement is handcrafted, prayed over, and custom-designed, making it truly one-of-a-kind.

Custom Orders:

 Because every floral box is made to order and often customized with names, colors, or add-ons, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference once production has begun.

Order Issues or Damage: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at [Pristineheavenlytreasures@gmail.com]. Include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate and resolve the issue quickly.

Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun. After this window, the order moves into our crafting queue and cannot be cancelled.

Processing & Delivery:

Standard production time is 3–5 business days for regular arrangements. For custom designs or special requests, please allow 5–7 business days. Shipping or local pickup times are shown at checkout. (If supplies need to be ordered, an additional 2–3 business days may apply; we’ll contact you if this happens.)

Care Instructions:

Each arrangement includes a printed care guide. Faux and preserved roses are designed to last for months with proper care.
